INTERVIEW WITH CREE STORM
Here we are, chatting and having a nice sit down with Author Cree Storm. Now sit back, relax and let's get to know her better!!
"Welcome on board Cree, how are you today?"

"I'm doing good. Glad to be here."
- CREE STORM
"So, I'm sure everyone's curious. Tell us more about yourself."
- HOST
"I am Cree Storm. As you know, I live in QC Canada for the past 2years but am still very attached to my New Mexico roots hehehe."
- CREE STORM
"So tell us Cree, what are you currently working on?"
- HOST
"So I am working on many new projects at the moment. I have 2 EF with Maggie Walsh going right now along with a brand new series called DOA... with Bikers, Dragons and serial Criminals... then let's not forget Talon in my MYSTIC because its time he has a mate."
- CREE STORM
"Definitely looking forward to those! Tell us Cree, what new releases you have out."
- HOST
"I just put out Falling Sky from my Haven Ranch series and Hermes from my Twelve labors....I also recently put out my joint project with Maggie Walsh Adding Fuel to the Flames. SO I figure it is long over due for the Mating games to begin once again...so Mating Games on Ice book 1 is almost finished..."
- CREE STORM
"You hear it first from Cree now if you have more questions, throw them her way and she'll answer them all."

"Hey Lady, I have a shit ton of questions for you. First, how are you and how's your cutie hubby JP?"
- MAGGIE
"I'm good. A little blurry-eyed but good. At least mine's because of work unlike JP's. His is because of too much fun time with his uncle... hehehe. I would be so screwed if I didn't have JP....although there are times I want to kick his ass...hahaha....but I have no doubt there are times he wanted to kick mine as well...hahaha."
- CREE STORM
"I know you get a lot of your inspiration from visuals. I also know that from your Mating Games books, you actually drove past a gorgeous old barn and a story came to you. What did you envision when you saw that barn?"
- MAGGIE
"I could see predator and prey working side by side ....I saw three young men completely out of their element...maybe because that's how I feel sometimes living in Quebec...it's kind of hard being thrust into a location that is completely opposite from the desert and with people speaking in french all around you...I think this story is kind of a rendition of me coming here...if that makes sense."
- CREE STORM
"Perfect sense. Where do you get your ideas from? I know you see something and an idea hits, but is there anywhere else you get ideas from? A song? A show?"
- MAGGIE
"Maggie, I dream many of my books...and I don't remember a song bringing me any ideas, but I do know the TV show Criminal Minds is what brought the idea of MYSTIC to me.."
- CREE STORM
"Cree, could you tell us more about your Haven Series?"
-HOST
"Haven Ranch was names that because I found out that I don't speak French fluently and that I never drove on ice streets before. I've never been happier or healthier than I am today... I found my haven"
- CREE STORM
"Awwwwwww." - MAGGIE
"Hi. Tell me what your plans are for Haven. Who are the next couple or throuple?"
- AVRIL
"I rarely tell who the next couple or triple is... but, I'll give you this... it's a couple and my bear is so cuuuuuute."
- CREE STORM
"Ohhhhh! Tease McTeaser." - AVRIL
"So, how far do you see Haven Ranch going? I love every one of the characters so far. Do you see it going for many more books?"
- MAGGIE
"I will continue Haven Ranch and also extend out to Haven Refuge and Sovereignty Island and so forth... It's my plan to go as far as the readers wish me to go."
- CREE STORM
"What about the dragon dude? Isn't he a part of Haven?"
- AVRIL
"King Edmond is on the Island... he rules it... so I'll most likely have him there... but there will be others on the ranch that will be introduced in book 4."
- CREE STORM
"I love your books! I want to know which couple was the easiest to write and who was the hardest?"
- REBECCA
"Hmmmm....the easiest....Ricky and Derk...that couple just screamed at me the entire way for Mating Games....They really wanted their story told...and the Hardest....Hephaestus & Timmy I would have to say...."
- CREE STORM
"Do you have plans to write beyond shifters, but within paranormals? Like vampires or demons or other creatures? "
- MAGGIE
"Yep... I'm getting ready to start Kalil's Coven 2 which is vampires and I love using unique paranormals. I'm getting ready to use a few in Mating Ice."
- CREE STORM
"How much research do you do for your paranormal series?"
- E.A
"I can spend days if not hours doing research. It can be online, talking to people, going to a location to see for myself... but I can actually get lost in research... it's one of my favorite part of writing."
- CREE STORM
"Let's go personal. Do you have a writing habit that you do? Like you must have coffee nearby or you eat popcorn when you write. Any ritual when writing?"
- MAGGIE
"Well, I always have coffee near me. I'm more a meat snacker... hahaha... but I don't even have those often. I like to put something on TV that I've seen before and then get in a zone and no sound is heard but voices talking."
